Website Maintenace Training
Welcome! In this training, we’re going to walk through everything you need to confidently manage and update your website each month.
We’ll start with the basics—how to access your WordPress dashboard—so you know exactly how to get in. From there, we’ll review your important logins, passwords, and resources so everything you need is clear and easy to find.
Next, we’ll go over your branding guidelines to help you keep your website looking consistent, polished, and aligned with your church’s identity.
Once that foundation is set, we’ll move into your regular tasks—starting with how to upload your weekly Zoom sermons, followed by updating your monthly blog post, which also serves as your newsletter.
Finally, we’ll wrap up with simple monthly maintenance steps to keep your website running smoothly, secure, and up to date.
By the end of this training, you’ll have a clear process you can follow each month with confidence.
